When you or your loved ones are not well, the last thing you need is the stress of trying to get through to your surgery. So we’ve tried to make it as simple & convenient as possible for you.

When you call the surgery, our reception team will ask you some simple questions to get you booked in with the right person. All our appointments are initially a telephone consultation with a clinician and then booked appropriately depending on the information you give. The quickest and easiest way to get through to your surgery is via an E-Consult. If your query is not urgent and can wait beyond that day, you can do an E-Consult for most issues. We triage the request usually the same day, and within 24 hours in most cases. You will be contacted within 48 hours (longer if done over a weekend).
